If you sold an item, and received a lower amount, this might be related to outstanding fees or refund of some other cases, maybe? If you go to your payments tab in your seller hub, you can see a full breakdown of your transaction to see how much you actually received for the item, and a breakdown of your payout to see why you received the amount you received.
If you still can't see anything, you can let me know the item number, and I'd be happy to take a further look for you.
