Unable to Change Postage Policy to Age Verified Policy

The system does not allow me to change the business policy of a (suspected) bladed item to one with age-verification.

 

The system tells me to use an age verified policy but will not allow me to change to an age-verified policy.

 

Driving me mad, losing me sales and Customer Services just send me a link to the policy.  Please can this technical issue be investigated and sorted.

We experienced the same issue and were advised to delete the listings and relist.
