Unable to list items from ebay app

Anyone else in the uk having this problem when trying to list items from the ebay app? Never had this before until today. I usually list all my items from the app but today ive been getting the error "your listing looks great so far, but a detour is required for items in this category "

I will be cancelling my ebay shop tomorrow it's a massive joke this I've just started this business with thousands of items ready to list and this happen and they cant sort it should be sorted with in 24hrs they no what they changed change it back

Request a call back from an advisor .if you get through to Ireland you might get answers if abroad just hang up they haven't a clue.

Any updates .are eBay even reading the replay on here you have your customers closing there business with you as they can't access a decent fast way to list there stock and even more annoying can't revise old listings . Why will eBay not reply to anyone .there are 6 pages on this thread . Why can't eBay give an honest factual reply. If this issue is never going to be resolved then there will be plenty more leaving the eBay platform . Average £20000 in fees for most that must add up to a significant loss to you directors .

I phoned an advisor today in Ireland. She didn't seem to think it was a big issue . Solution was to delete app and do everything using classic site. So I have a feeling nothing is going to be done about this. Even eBay have stoped replying saying they are working on the problem. Has anyone else had any joy using older versions of app. I can't get it to work

Still using the older version been working fine dont know if its the device im using android s25 ultra been using the older version since start of this problem

Just list in a different category. I listed stuff a couple of days ago in
the completely wrong category but some of the items have sold. Does anybody
actually shop by category?? Ebay obviously dint give a stuff about business
sellers, why should I care about their categories.

I'm thinking it must depend on phone I have a fairly new android phone . And I can't get old version to work just exactly same as newer versions.what phone are you using. Probly cheaper  for me to get a new phone .cheers

That exactly what I'm thinking.it will completely mess up there systems but that's there problem. Look up the fees and choose the lowest fees . All categories use different fees.  Why have eBay stopped replying

My m8 got and iPhone and he's not having same issue as us.

I have s25 ultra so not a new phone seems to work fine older version 6.241.0.1 seems to work fine turn off auto update on the play store might have to install older versions than the above one as it wont just work if you download the the above version straight away. 

Start with the oldest version that it will let you install and then keep installing the next version up till you get to version 6.241.0.1  then should work fine

Thanks for reply. Will try again with older versions. You should get a job with eBay .they haven't come up with a single helpfull solution to this issue . And they won't even reply to this thread. When you say an older version .is it the date the app was made or is it a different version with lower numbers than 6241.01

Hi we are still waiting for a solution or proper update. We all spend a lot of money on fees and shop subscriptions . What are eBay going to do about this . Is there a reason there are never any replys on this 6 pages of complaints . This isn't just a glitch that sorts it's self in 24 hours this is people's income
