Unable to list items from ebay app

Anyone else in the uk having this problem when trying to list items from the ebay app? Never had this before until today. I usually list all my items from the app but today ive been getting the error "your listing looks great so far, but a detour is required for items in this category "

Version 6.241.0.1 works fine might have to install few older versions first and keep update it with apk files to get to this version and should work fine

And turn off auto update in the play store

Just done this and it now it works fine. So the new version of the app is the problem. 

Even ebay support couldn't help find this out. Madness!!!

I found it doing a google seach for  ebay app Version 6.241.0.1. Removed the app 1st then download and install the Version 6.241.0.1 apk file. Then in google play store turn off auto update until ebay fixes the lastest app version

Having same issues for last few days trying to list quad bike parts . Have loads to list .I cant go to browser Every time as it takes about 10 min per listing.

Its the recent ebay app update need to install previous version of the ebay app and turn off auto update play store

If it doesn't let you install this version then you have install any previous version that will allow you to install and keep install the next version up  till you get to the above version

barlowrdtyres is spot on, I've just got off the phone with concierge and let them know. its because the latest app version from the 24th of January has video uploading as a new feature and vehicle parts and accessories categories had the eBay assured fit add video added to all listings when listing as they have done for the better part of a year. its causing some sort of conflict crashing the app.

Cant believe ebay hasnt emailed sellers about this problem. Bet there loads of people hitting this problem
