Unable to customise eBay's new seller hub overview page.

Does anyone know a way to customise the new overview page that shows listing views/sales and orders right at the top of the page?

We have quite a few walk-ins and I would prefer if all this private data was not displayed the moment we open the page, previously there was a customise option at the top right that allowed us to put that information at the bottom of the page so we had to scroll to view it but I can't find anything to alter the new layout.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @drc_spares ,

Thank you for your post.

With the introduction of a new summary overview  the customise option is no longer available. The new layout is for a more streamlined view.  To give your feedback on this recent change please select the floating question mark icon on the right hand side of the page and submit .

Thank you,

Kat

Why has eBay removed what for me is the single most regularly used item of data - the number of orders  awaiting despatch? I know you can get it - but I'm getting fed up seaching several times a day when it just shows (because of such poor sales) nothing to view. Hardly promotes faster shipment.

Hi @don.g.ovany ,

Thank you for your post.

It should show in the summary overview page at the top of the page if you do have orders to dispatch. It will show orders to ship and the number beside it with a link to them.

Like the below example

If there are no orders to dispatch it won't be there.  If you are finding this not to be correct then please send your feedback on it through the question mark on the right hand side of the page.

Thank you,

Kat
