The contact seller option is still not working. I noticed this problem started in 2024.

Has anyone got a resolution for the contact seller option not working. People must be losing money over this problem as some customers will just give up and not buy the item if they cannot ask a valid question.  I have tried to ask questions on many items and I cannot contact any seller, neither can my husband on his PC so it is not just me.

It's not been working for me either, for the last month or so. It pops up the same box as the ebay messaging system, and that has stopped working too.

If you are having a problem entering a message, be sure you are clicking on the "Send message" text line above the button and then entering your text.

I was trying to type in the message box,  to be followed by clicking on "send message" to actually, er, send the message. As anyone would expect to do.

It's absolutely amazing how everything on ebay has gone to pieces since the beginning of this year.

Or maybe it's just mirroring the situation in the (formerly) good ole USA...
