Technical issues - offer to buyer with a message

When I try and reply to a buyer message with an offer I get a technical problems error message.

How do i send an offer to a specific buyer if I can't message them?

Hi - am also getting this error when trying to send a buyer an offer - is this a ebay problem or a problem at mu end?

I'm guessing it was an ebay issue as I was able to send the offer in a message after going back in about an hour later.

Not had that issue before so hopefully it was a one off!

Thanks for your reply. I tried the offer on my phone app and was able to do on that.
