I’ve opened a new eBay account in April this year, I closed my business account of 16 years as I didn’t agree with the 30 day return policy & I think private sellers have better options. I’m struggling to opt out of the automatic relisting as I want to opt for manual re listing, I’ve contacted eBay & tried on the help page but I still can’t opt out. I think you have to sell a certain amount before you can do this.
does anyone know how many you have to sell before you can do this?
any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you 🙏

Using Seller Hub and bulk edit, you can select or de-select auto relist. It is the first choice in the 'edit' menu.
For a current listing click on Revise Your Item, top left of listing, and untick the auto relist option near the bottom, above submit.

I am sorry but I cannot follow either of your suggested ways of stopping automatic re-listing.
1. I don't seem to have anything called "Seller Hub" - perhaps because I am a private seller, not a business user.
2. For current listings, opened through the "Revise listing" as you suggest, I don't get a "Submit" button, mine says "Save" and there is no "auto-relist ption" visible anywhere on the listing I am attempting to revise.
Does anyone have other advise?

I'm having a similar problem - and I don't remember auto relist when posting it - I can't see an option either to not relist automatically - have oyu managed to resolve?

Hi @jules1987 ,
Thank you for your post.
When you click into your listing to revise, on the top right there is a settings icon .Click on this and there is an tick box option in there for relisting.
Thank you,
Kat

I have searched everywhere and i can not find a option of automatic relisting, I have deleted the listing so many times and within hours it is relisted, it is so annoying

Just a heads up OP you can't list used cosmetics on this site.
See :- https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/cosmetics-policy?id=4290
Also most items fall under the MBG so buyers still have 30 days to return for a full refund if MBG is showing on the listing.Only difference is that private sellers only have to accept a "not as described "claim, other reasons can be declined.
