Is anyone else having this issue? My stock is showing if you click on sellers other items, but if someone clicks on my profile name it takes them to a blank page with my location. Also if you click view listings on here it says zero but i have over 200 listings. Any way to get this sorted?

Yep, started last night, everything works on the website but on the App my shop front page just says “this shop has no inventory in your location” and is blank.
Apparently this is an intermittent long standing problem.
Im going to contact eBay today

Yep, I cannot see any of your listings either, when did you list them , as they can take 48 hours to appear, longer if you've revised them.
However, it is Friday, eBay's maintenance day, and strange things happen when them indoors at eBay HQ in CaliforNIA are tweaking and installing new systems. It's still very early hours of the morning there, so here it sends things a little awry especially first thing.
Check a little later on, it should all be back to norm.

Thank you for getting back to me. I Listed them a while ago so should all be showing, It’s a weird one, they aren’t showing on my iPad or mac, but are now showing on my iPhone and windows laptop crazy.

Yep, it's Freaky Friday maintenance day in eBay Towers US, sends many things awry here, from time to time today.
Should all be OK...... soon ! 🤔

Same here “ this shop has no inventory in your location” *sighs* one bug after another recently

There’s another thread opened on this now so must be a general glitch

As above, it's the general ' Friday morning glitch' ! 🤗
As they say.... ' Normal services should be resumed soon ! '

I’m an antique Silver dealer & when I type “silver” into the search items on the main “no inventory in your location” shop front page then all my items show up!
Very bizarre

Update - This is still not sorted, still no stock showing at all on main page.

Yep, same. I’ve havent sold anything in days so it’s having an impact.

Can I please ask an eBay rep to look into this problem as it seems to be seriously affecting my sales!

Still the same for me too, sales down over 75% this week. Freaky Friday is no excuse and not really funny when you’re talking about peoples businesses. Why do they have to experiment with code on a live server ? Shouldn’t that be 100% tested before applying. Fast losing confidence with eBay.

I first noticed this several weeks ago with certain sellers and it becoming increasingly common and not just on Fridays. Not only are your items not showing but neither is your feedback. I am searching on a Windows 11 laptop (fully updated) via Edge.
Are you promoting any items by chance? - maybe your listings are being deliberately hidden! 🤔 It is almost as though you no longer have an active account.

That’s very scary. I’m not at that stage yet as I can see my feedback & when I search my items show up but they are all promoted. It’s not great having an empty homepage for your shop though….

That sounds like a different issue than the one being reported in this thread. Are you referring to links to seller's items or feedback from the community pages? If so, that is a Khoros issue with the community pages, not strictly an eBay issue. That issue affects community links, but not the links found on eBay's site that potential buyers would be using.
The other users in this thread seem to be having a problem with the iOS version of the eBay app when using an iPad to view a seller's "items for sale" link. Users not using an iPad or using a different link are still able view listings and make purchases, I believe.

Thanks for that information.
It is probably both, as I use the laptops only at my 'office', but often use my iPad and search via the app when looking for stock or checking out competition when travelling.
