Hi all,  Id like a callback from ebay but i cant get to the screen i need.  It says the automated assistant isnt available right now?   its said same for about 4 days, i cleared caches on browser but still no joy.

the reason i need to speak with someone is to ask about a video im trying to upload to my shop which is 147mb, its still saying its too big?   (it clearly says the limit is 150mb and ive already reduced the size of it to be under this)

any ideas anyone?

I don't know about the video but you should be able to request a callback from eBay on here:

Was the video in an very high definition 4k if so ebay cannot cope with those try a 720 it should be accepted.

its 1080 right now,   so i don t see what the problem is.
