Sell similar item - can't delete existing photos or upload any new ones

I'm trying to use the 'sell a similar item' feature. Ebay isn't letting me delete the old photos or upload new ones. It's been like this since yesterday, so frustrating!

Is this an app problem or on the web pages?  

On the app it should ask if you would like to keep the old photos as the very first question.

On the web page, clicking Select then offers a Delete All button - do these appear or is it that the Delete All button is inactive/greyed-out? 
Are you able to add more images and if so are these treated differently to the original set?

Worth checking if the browser up-to-date or in mid-upgrade.  Which version are is it using?

NB - Sometimes (in the past) I have found I need to save a draft and re-open it and continue editing before the changes take effect on the screen.

I'm using a laptop, it's been a nightmare and still isn't working. Also in addition, I now can't see the postal costs to amend or update those.

Is this still happening to you? If so, could you please confirm if you are getting an error when you try to delete the photos in questions, or the option is just not there?
