Safety issue with an item I purchased - which item ?????????????

I received a message regarding and item which "poses a hazard of electric shock, fire and explosion"

The message does not show any details of the hazardous item. 

More frustratingly, Ebay customer service cannot be contacted by email, or by phone, or by chat.  I just end up on a merry-go-round of circular "customer non service" links which appear to be designed to make sure that no one at Ebay is inconvenienced by their customers.

How do I find out what the dangerous item is, preferably before it blows up my house.

Here's the link for eBay to call you do it early in the morning 8am you should get the Irish call centre and more sense.
