What is wrong with e bay , why are they making it all so complicated , I have just spent 2 hours on a chat line trying to tell them that I post items at a post office and there is no royal mail option on posting when listing an item
Its all because of simple delivery that is going to make our lives easier and more cost effective, absolutely not!!!
As a private seller for 19 years the last year we have had many changes from seller hub (that can be a nightmare and still do not understand ) no fees for selling but has become ‘buyers protection’, changes in payments of items which now are held until delivery of an item has been made, and now simple delivery which after reading many times still doesn’t make sense , as you only know about the packaging of an item once the item has been sold , otherwise its all guesswork when you are listing
All in all, too much technology and not enough in how private sellers use e bay, you have to keep it simple not everyone uses or understand the technology available
