Hello, the buyer has already received the item and sent another tracking number, so I replied and I don't know what to do now, the buyer already has the item.

Apologies for not fully understanding what has happened here.

Is the buyer saying they have not received their item?  Did you post the item with a different tracking number and have not updated that number ?

We are still not sure what the problem is, and what are you actually expecting from this? Is it the item showing as delivered to your buyer, but your funds are still being held?
