Problems with my listings appearing in searches.

I checked my mobile (Android) to see how my listings appear and only 1 out of over 300 is visible. I tried going through this listing and clicking seller's other items - still only the one. Tried the same, without logging on, using an InPrivate window on my laptop and the result was the same. If I log in to ebay my seller hub appears normal, but if I try searching for my titles individually I can find no trace. However if I do an advanced search on my user ID I can find the listings, but this is the only way I can do it. I'll give it 24hrs to see if the problem clears before I tackle customer services/AI.

I've also found that if I click the blue door to my shop in my seller hub it only shows the 1 listing.

Your shop shows up fine here on the mobile app. Not sure if its right but it looks like you have 314 listings.

The app has just updated here so not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Do you have any custom exclusions for not shipping to certain areas within the U.K , Northern Ireland, Jersey , scilly ilse etc????

If so I have found in the past that can restrict which searches the listings are shown in, so if a user is not logged in to the ebay site or app, it does not seem to show listings, unless the listing is available to all of the U.K...

I've gone through the usual fixes on my laptop which have made no difference.

I only excluded Northern Ireland late last year due regulations. I've not had a problem until now.

If the situation persists, consider a test of allowing Northern Ireland as part of your regular shipping.

You even set up a copy of your current shipping policy, but include all of the U.K and apply it to a few listings to see if they then show up, might take a few hours for that change to propagate through to the eBay searches though.

The problem has cleared itself after about 48hrs.

And here we go again. The same problems as five weeks ago immediately after one of my longest blank periods on ebay breaks. Just marvellous.

The problem cleared yesterday after 6 days and just as I was about to contact ebay.
