Performance traffic - Impressions and Views issue

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has looked at their performance analytics today, I’ve noticed on mine that my views have been stuck at 30 views since this morning and impressions haven’t increased at all.

Has anyone else had the same issue?

That’s brilliant thank you for doing that, really appreciate it. Hopefully now it will be sorted.

Mega frustrating I genuinely thought it had been sorted yesterday but back to square one today. Id imagine it’s having some effect on people sales too if impressions are down

Kat, Thank you, These issues have been apparent for a number of days, spoke to CS again yesterday they also confirmed alternate days of no impressions/ listing views over the last 4 days, same happened again today, slaes are zero apart from returning customers so visibility is definately affected !

Tech have confirmed the traffic data issues for Oct 18 and Oct 20 have been resolved.

Any idea as to was the issue no buyers actually Viewed the items, or that the display count was corrupted?

Thank you for the reply.

This was a reporting issue,  impressions and views were happening but the data was not updating to the seller hub. That has since been resolved.

I must admit I'm not sure - I do have listing views and impressions shown but they haven't changed in quite a while. 

Is it still an on-going issue?

Hi @vaultifyuk ,

We don't have any confirmation of issues with this at the moment.  At times there can be delays with data updating to the seller hub. Also this time of year there can be a drop in traffic due to a quieter period after the Christmas season.
