Network error

This is driving me nuts I can't do anything with eBay it keeps coming up network error and can't take out the money in my eBay balance. I was having some issues yesterday where it kept saying reload but today totally not working and there is no way of contacting customer service at all. I don't know what to do Help.

There does seem to be an issue some are experiencing,  you are not alone!

However, it would help if it was known which device and browser you are using.

If the app,  that is suffering more than its usual glitches,  so if using this,  switch if you can to a laptop /PC,  and try Chrome that seems to work well with eBay. 

 If payouts are Available,  see if you can withdraw from there,  worth a try!

I cleared cache under settings, turned my phone off it's a Motorola g85 and restarted, I have gone in via Google Chrome and I use the app nothing do you know how long this will be like this as I won't know if someone has purchased something and I could loose a sale. And thank you for replying.

We are told eBay are aware there is this issue with the app,  but to date there is no fix time being announced.

Try switching devices, if you can,   others have reported this does work on a desktop browser , laptop, PC for example.

Not ideal , but a workaround for now,  which might work for you.

Hello I am back up and running what I did was I went into the app settings and logged out and back in that worked for me hopefully that will work for you. Good luck.

Yes me too across multiple devices... Getting the oops messages or no connection or error. It's got so bad I can't post adverts currently and many other problems. eBay what is going on!? It's been months now!

Same issue here. Constant network errors and internal errors, asking me to reload when clicking on items. Logged out and back in, cleared cache, data, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Tried shaking to report tech iasue and it too juat shows a network error and goes no further. Searches are limited to about 20 or so items so making it impossible to find anything.

 I had the same issue and fixed it by going to the app and clearing the cache and data. Be aware that doing this will remove your password and user name, so make sure you know it before clearing down. Not had an issue since!
