Locked out

I have an elderly friend I have been helping get rid of a few bits and bobs, he was with me and he used my iPad to enter his account and I listed two items for him, since this he has been unable to access his account on his Iphone, have I done something to prevent this, any help would be really appreciated.

It's probably just the app being tricky.   He could try clearing the cache or reinstalling the app.
