Listing pictures disappear when opening

So, for the last few weeks I was having problems with the eBay app. Pictures would disappear when you went into a listing, also, watch, buy it now etc, also vanished.

This week the eBay app has stopped supporting my version of android, so I deleted the app and have been using the website.

Today I have gone into the website, to find that as soon as I click on a listing, the picture pops up for a second, and then the listing disappears!!!!!!

According to the system checker, everything is working fine on eBay at the moment!

What's happening eBay, do you actually want people to use your service.

I am very disappointed!

According to a post on the UK community boards, the latest version of the eBay app requires Android 10 or later, or iOS 17 or later.

If you cannot upgrade your operating system or find an older version of the app that works with your current operating system, you should still be able to use a browser to go to ebay.co.uk instead.

If eBay browser links are opening in the Android version of the app automatically, you can disable that by going to your device Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by default: Opens supported links and choosing "Don't open in the app". iOS users can tap and hold an eBay browser link and choose "Don't open in the app".
