International postage options disappeared

I'm curious if anyone else is seeing this issue on the listing page. I'm relisting an existing item which previously had various international postage services specified for worldwide, USA, Europe, etc. On the listing page 'international postage' is toggled on, but no options are displaying. If I click 'add services' the panel pops up but no services appear when I type in the box for example 'standard' or 'royal'.

Funnily enough if I go ahead and put the listing live the prices I had previously set apply so the values have at least not been deleted for exisiting listings. However clicking edit again I go back to the blank panels as before, ie there's no way to edit the values. I tried this on firefox and chrome on windows.

Its an issue on eBay's end and it has been logged with our tech team who are investigating. The soonest we have a further update we will post back.

Exactly the same thing happens to my listings, can't see any direct international post options even though they were all there!

I have opened the same listing today and the completed international post
has returned, although as normal I have to refresh the page after
opening for the International post options to appear.

The second part is now working, ie if I click add services it brings up the panel with 'Royal Mail International Standard' etc and I can type in the box for example 'standard' and 'Standard Int'l Postage' appears as it should. 

The first part, if I go to revise an existing scheduled listing with defined international postage options it still looks the same as my first screenshot in the original post. 

However if I then refresh the page my existing international postage options reappear correctly. 

Or alternatively if I click 'Add services' the panel opens but at the same time I can see my existing international postage options appear on the page appear behind it and they are there to edit when I close the panel.

So basically it's not quite working, but is usable now with one of the two workarounds above.

Just a quick note to confirm that this is still working as described in my last post, ie previously set international postage options are not appearing until you click 'Add services'

kat@ebay just to add, in addition to this, if you have rate tables set up, they are also not showing. This is just on private accounts, not business.

Hi, Trying to set up Domestic & International rate tables by weight  in EB Lister for some days now and it is proving a nightmare, nothing seems to work when it comes to adding the rate tables to my listings.

I now have so many rate tables that are useless that I have marked them REMOVE PLEASE as it is not possible for me to delete them (Why Not??) Can you please ask to delete them for me?

I have asked Customer Service to do this; hey said they would and then heard nothing more....

I am trying to sort this prior to 1st June when Inkfrog goes dark. Used IF for 12 years with not a single problem!

When attempting a rate table based on a weight band, say 251 -500g, should I add every single combination of Domestic and International Destination and Service (Standard, Tracked, Large Letter Etc) into ONE SINGLE table? At the moment I am making various tables for each weight band and Destination (UK, Europe, World Zone, etc)

Once the table is done how do i link it (in words of one syllable please 🙂 ) to my listings.

I am 75 and want to get this done before my 80th! :-0
