Incorrect collection address

I moved house a year ago. Despite amending my account details to reflect my new address and specifying the correct collection postcode in the ad the live advert shows the collection being at my old address 200 miles away.

How do I resolve this?

There are 5 places you have to edit when you change address :- https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/uas/addresses

I have same issue and not very easy to locate issue

Use thr link provided above and check your address is correctly registered in 5 places.

If not use a laptop / PC not the app to correct it.
