Yeah, I had this problem on the app for three days. (Though desktop was fine). I assumed it was a general fault, but it never corrected itself. I went into my android phone settings, found the ebay app and had to clear both the storage and cache. Clearing the cache alone did nothing. That let me log in again and all is fine now. Other users have chosen to simply uninstall and install again, to get it working.
