How do i get my item listed as it's not a knife! its a rotory cutting machine.

EBay apply the blades product restrictions to a wide range of categories. If it has a sharp blades element on it, it’ll not be listed unless you ship using an age verified service.

also worth noting your buyers will need to have a credit card in their name as well to prove their age
