I got a new nectar card but I Cant seem to unlink the old card on my ebay it saying i need to contact the support team.

I added my bank account on eBay, but it didn't get verified. I don't know why. I don't have the option to verify the bank by deposit. I also tried to add a new Citibank account, and the same issue occurred.
