Fake link when trying to add custom Q&A's /FAQ's ?

Hiya, can someone who has a spare minute and isn't using either the app or Firefox please check:

Account settings > Communication with Buyers > What your buyers can do > Edit > Add another question

The page that is served to me /Firefox contains a fake link ( see screenshot ) and no longer works.

According to https://www.ebay.co.uk/sellercentre/news/2024-timeline/q-a-listings?targetgroup=B2C 

it still should but appears to be yet another thing which did work fine and now has been tinkered with so that it doesn't with no info being shared to anyone. I tried asking about it on the Technical Issues forum but might as well asked the East Wind.

I just want to know if it is my setup or everyone that this is now disabled for, since if one more person messages me and asks 'Do u combine post?' when it clearly says so in the first line of the description I'm going to block them for life 😃

The 'Add another question' is a dead link, and has been for years.

Oh OK that answers it.

I'd no idea it wasn't still supposed to be working and thought it was just me.

Why when they disabled the link they coudn't have just removed it to save wasting people's time is beyond my pay grade obviously.

There are loads of bits and pieces that need removing and/or updating, you only realise this after selling/buying on eBay for a couple of decades!.

It was the fact that someone has relatively recently put the info into the app that this is the way to do bulk Q&As and that help page was updated in 2024 that threw me into thinking that it must still be working.

A shame since it would be a handy feature and if you can do it for one listing at a time I don't see why they'd not want it used in bulk.

Also I could have sworn I added one about not using Evri a couple of months ago but I must have dreamt it...

Oh! I've just noticed in the Help page that it is Business accounts only now. That explains it as I have both
