Error message when trying to open drafts

For the last 2 days I've been unable to open my drafts. I get an error message saying 'unknown error', I've spoken to eBay twice and their advice is basically wait for it to be fixed. I am a business this seller so this is my job and I'm pretty much unable to work. I can list and edit them if I use the desktop site but it's glitchy and takes me about 3 times as long. Anyone have any idea why this may be happening or when it will be fixed?

Unfortunately that doesn't work. Whatever way I go to the Drafts in app it's the " unknown network error " & unable to edit them  unless I use the main site which defeats the point of having the app.  I have 100 drafts/ can't see any

I have the exact same problem and my mobile phone supplier says it is definitely not a problem at their end. Spoke to eBay twice and no joy.

This only works for the 1st 5 drafts. As in the only ones displayed in this part. Any more than that then it ain't working. Can't believe its still not fixed!

It's better than nothing and a lot of people have found it helpful. 

Perhaps I shouldn't have bothered wasting my time seeing what workarounds there could be. Considering I don't even use the app and I normally don't save stuff as drafts.

Works for some . If they're happy to do 5 drafts at a time fine. Others need to manually go into older drafts to edit hence it doesn't work for them & theyre entitled to state so. . I personally have 100 + drafts & I list certain ones each week based on the season etc. It's a community forum where everyone can contribute their experience so getting defensive doesn't really help. If it works for you great if it doesn't then continue to say so so everyone can try it regardless.  This issue has been ongoing since May. It's Ebay that needs to provide a proper long term working fix. Thousands are frustrated as it's their business affected. Uninstall/ Reinstall works temporarily or not at all. The only thing that works for me is using the website ( desktop or mobile) but that defeats the object of them saying the app is " easier" when it isn't. Amazed that one of the biggest richest companies in the world can't get it right. They clearly screwed up the May update & the bug persists with no solution.

I meant no offence or harm when I said it doesn't solve the problem for me. I was just stating a fact. As it happens I always open my drafts the way you suggested. But im glad its helped some people.

I have exactly the same problem. I tend to do drafts in advance because I have a disability that fluctuates. So if im having a " good" day I'll work like crazy for 24 hours and save in drafts so that when I'm having a bad day I know im not falling behind. But now its a Royal pain having to go into the web page to edit. As you say, the App is meant to make it easier! Frustrating. Grr!

No update /no fix /no acknowledgement other than the generic ' we are working on it'   This has been ongoing for almost 3 months. Yet we still pay fees. Ridiculous for a multi billion worldwide company. !!

Hello all,

Just a quick update on this. The team has confirmed that the issue has now been fully resolved, and you should be able to access drafts with no issues.

If you are still experiencing any issues, please ensure you're using the newest eBay app version (6.166.0.1). You can check this in the eBay app > My eBay > Settings > Version. Or you can simply delete and reinstall the app, which will ensure you're using the newest version.

Sorry,  had to edit my post as I thought you were selling vehicles and not vehicle parts.  Once a vehicle is listed nothing can be changed on that listing.

This is an old thread you've added to, but the glitch has appeared again for some,  especially for those using the app.  Some have said uninstalling and then reinstalling the new app a few times,  works.

Worth a try ?
