On the 16th of July, I completed the purchase of an item 256813603540 from Pro AV IT. I have a record of the payment and emails from eBay confirming purchase and payment, and subsequent tracking emails, but when I tried to check progress this morning using the link in the latest email I was met with a red banner telling me that there had been an error retrieving my order and the entire record of the purchase ever having taken place has disappeared from my ebay page and I can find no way of speaking to an agent so I have no way of confirming that the item has been dispatched or anything.
