We have noticed a drop in sales over the past 30-45 days as-well as a decrease in visibility on ebay our listings are showing on the 3rd & 4th pages also our shop only shows 1 product then after refreshing several times the other listings show up we first though it was a glitch but its been consistently happening over the last month if someone can get the technical team to take a look asap as currently ebay is not profitable due to the lack of sales.
Come to think of it when I’ve refreshed mine, where my shop listings were supposed to be there was nothing. I get 2 sales a week niw, when it should be 15 a day.
Ye we've had the same for a few weeks now if i'm being honest it all started when we joined the anchor subscription sales plummeted we went from 200 items a week to 60-70 at first i put it down to Christmas and January is always a little slow but sales haven't bounced back considering moving all my listings to another account as i think this account might be shadow banned or something our listings are coming up on the 2nd-3rd pages now we use to be the top search result our metrics are slightly high but still we didn't expect such a drop. Nobody at ebays can see any problems i had a zoom meeting with someone from the advertising team and they noticed the account was behaving weirdly as well they did log a technical call but we've only noticed minor increases in sales.
