Unable to upload product photos, Add to Watchlist or initiate Best Offer.

This problem occured a several days ago then was fine yesterday but problem back again today.

Very frustrating! Please action Ebay.

Try saving a draft, then clear the cache or try a different browser. If that doesn't work you can report to eBay while you're trying to list. Use the ... vertical ellipse icon top right to send your Feedback.

initiate Best Offer

You are an infrequent user and things have changed in the last 10-years. Do you know you must have your payment card correctly added to make Best Offers now? Or you can try messaging the seller using the word 'offer' and they may send you one.

Again best to report to eBay
