Ebay app not working again

Ebay app on my phone not working again, won't let me sign in, lost out on multiple bids and offers over last few days. Just keep getting the "try again later" message.

These have been major issues with the site many are experiencing,  but with the app,  we hear from users,  to uninstall the app,  then reinstall the app sometimes works.

Worth a try.

I use a desk top and find it very frustrating because i keep getting that message and it takes 4 attempts at least to sign in.     Then it asks for a code which is sent to my phone 😞     Then i get a message saying someone else appears to have signed into your account from a different location.....then gives my location.

Yes  very frustrating!

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?

If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.
