Ebay app Notifications

I have the Ebay app on my iphone however I am not receiving notifications on my iphone, only email notifications.  All my notifications for the ebay app in settings on iphone are switched on and also all "push notifications" are all switched on in Ebay app under "settings"

Does anyone know why I am not receiving notifications from Ebay in notification centre on my iPhone? (when I swipe down from the top-center of my iphone screen)

Thank you for your post.

If you have the push notifications turned on in the eBay app and your iphone that does seem strange they would not be coming through. Other things to try would be in the settings where all push notifications is turned on also check the individual boxes are ticked for what you want to receive the notifications for. 

1. Clear recent data/cache
2. Update to the recent app version
3.  Log out of the app, restart your device and log back in again.
4.  Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
