EBAY DOWN AGAIN!!!!!

Hi all, has everyone elses seller dashboard been wiped? no views no balance nothing and layout seems to have changed? this is happening too often ebay its ridiculous now! Thanks

I've just checked for you there, and it all seems well from my end, we didn't see other members reporting the same issue either. Could you please try clearing the caches and cookies and try again? Or maybe try using a different browser? If the issue persists, please take a screenshot a let me know here, so we can take a further look for you.

Yes...cannot access Ebay AT ALL this morning.

I noticed last night when I went to check my items for sale, but it was too late to investigate.

Still not accessible this morning.

Nothing.

Not my sales, listed items, watchlist.

Absolutely nothing.

Blank page comes up 'Network error'

My network is fine.

Everything else working perfectly.

Facebook, gmail, whatsapp....everything.

Just Ebay - gone completely.

There IS a problem.

I have absolutely no access this morning to EbayUK, after normal access yesterday.

Mines been done for days now. Oh well. Helping me break the habit.

I have 'uninstalled' and then 'reinstalled', but it is still not working
properly.
It keeps coming up with 'error messages' and 'no results' and 'you are
disconnected from network' all of which are temporary, but annoying - on my
own listings and my searches for things to buy.

I am not having problems with any other website, other than Ebay.

I'm not sure if the following message will be of help,  but it was posted by a Community Manager here,  last week.

 ' Delete app cache and data, sign out and sign back in, and update with the latest version ( version 6.24.8.0)

It requires android 12 and up .

Check you have this version, and operating system. '

I ended up deleting it and reinstalling. It now lets me in. The access token appears to have been the cause and reinstalling fixes. However, like the other user said, the app still doesn't work flawlessly, there are errors and refresh messages as you navigate. Although I must admit eBays design changes  nowadays, with live auctions, and other features that add little value to me versus the old app perhaps it's just time to ditch eBay completely.

Personally,  I would just ditch the app!

I've never used it,  and seeing all the issues it presents daily here on these forums,  I've never come across any when using my faithful old laptop with Chrome.
