Disappearing Drafts !!!!

Has anybody else had this happen to them over the past few days ...Ive done some research and gather its not a new issue however ive been setting up drafts over the past week getting ready for this weekend , signed in yesterday and 8 of my drafts had dissapeared into thin air !!! Spoke to ebay who advised me of a technical issue.....Not good , 😡

Just to give an update..........I don't seem to have a problem now with drafts disappearing, but they do now have a date when they 'run out', that is really helpful. Thankyou eBay.

Unfortunately I lost a number of drafts waiting for clearance on our account, as the 75 day limit was exceeed.

Are you able to recover these for us?

Secondly, clearance of the account is still an issue actually - not sure if you can help?

Uggghhhhh I am a very very slow typer. Spent a couple of hours putting detailed descriptions in drafts. The items I made are now cured, so thought all  I'd have to do is add photos and that would be everything sorted. Nope. All drafts have gone. Very very frustrated about this. I'm a new seller and I'm not impressed.

Iv just discovered this issue. When I make a draft, save it and go back to it it has disappeared, and now I don’t have any draft options on my tablet and phone eBay apps. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the eBay apps the draft option isn’t there anymore.

I just experienced the exact same problem & lost days of work - it appears in the last 2 years on ...you guys have "been aware" of the problem ... how long does it take for Ebay to fix a serious technical issue?

Same here. I had a multi listing due on. So I could work on it later. Saved it earlier this afternoon. 
just went back In to add prices - nowhere to be seen, I’m fuming???

with it being multi it took me all morning to photo the items.

surely eBay would have fixed this two years ago. 
I am not happy at all.

I would like to hear about any further response from Ebay on this. I spent weeks working on a listing for a high-value item (racing motorcycle) which has now disappeared. Can any of these deleted drafts be recovered by Ebay?? Thanks.

I am really sorry but it was a few years ago when this happened and I cannot remember how it was resolved but I know it was.
If you go through to the contact eBay customer service they are incredibly helpful with the bonus of a real person calling you back!
