Delivered but not marked as shipped

Buyer received item and left positive feedback item sold using eBay simple delivery label also but since label generated nothings changed in orders keeps telling me to dispatch it ,, this apps rubbish and this will definitely be the last item I sell here.

If possible use a PC or laptop and reprint the SD label.  That should update status.  Payment will be held for 14 days.
