eBay did it again! They have changed the way you book your collection, I have now created multiple labels and none of the option said that the postman will bring the label with them, just few days ago, the option was there.

I was trying to decrypt the column "No Printer Required", because to me; No Printer Required: Yes = Printer Required = No. But no, whichever you chose, you are still required to print your own label, no QR code, no option for postman to bring your label... I'm just so frustrated with eBay now. Simple Delivery supposed to be simple, not difficult 😕 I'm a 5* seller and on my profile the "Reasonable postage costs" dropped to 4.7 after introducing "Simple Delivery" - Again, why is it even there when I have no control over the postage costs? WTH eBay?

Looking at your screenshot the options are all for custom postage, so nothing to do with Simple Delivery.

The 'No printer required' column is certainly confusing.

When you select the collection option is it actually asking you to print the label or just 'Get label'? The label still needs to be generatwd, but not physically printed, in order for the postman to be able to bring it with them.

As far as I'm aware, as a private seller I can only use simple delivery, so not sure what has changed. I went into other (already posted) order to "get another label" and now the options are the same - custom, just like you said.

When selecting a collection, It was somewhere below the "book collection" area, where it said "the courier will bring your label" - now it's gone. When you book a collection via Royal Mail webpage, it costs additional 30p for collection (it used to be free), so what I think has happened, eBay got a bill from RM for all those home collections and and silently removed the option.

In any case, when you select a collection, you have to print your own label!

Unless I'm doing something wrong... but after a full day of wandering around eBay I have not been able to find the desired option.
