Is anyone else unable to unsubscribe from the endless messages about applying for Capital Funding. I get messages and phone alerts every month telling me I'm pre-approved to apply. I've been receiving them for years, sometimes several a month. All my marketing preferences in the settings are unticked, therefore I shouldn't receive them. I have been on the phone to ebay customer services numerous times. They have logged complaints, logged IT tickets etc. Each time they tell me the issue is resolved, then a few weeks later I get another message about Capital Funding. I don't understand why they can't be turned off? Anyone else have this issue?
