Some time yesterday (Sunday), between the afternoon and the evening, ebay changed my log in process. They now send me an email with a pass number, which annoyingly takes 2 minutes to arrive in my inbox, before I can sign in.
I have gone into my account settings and tried to set it up so they can send me a text message instead, but it is not working - "We ran into a problem, please try later".
I have checked my browser security settings and nothing on the page, or its offsite links, is blocked. I have also tried deleting cache and cookies and restarting the browser, all to no avail.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Everything on ebay seems to have been messed up in the last few weeks, I can't believe how such a large corporation can have such incompetent IT prople (and management)...
