Cannot change address

Hi, I am trying to change my address, but keep getting: This change is not permitted at this time.{e263366-1183635x} . Set the account up in Thailand, now live in the UK. How do I beat this?

You cannot now change country of registration yourself,  and will have to open a new account in the country you are now residing in.

This is because eBay have changed to Managed Payments and payments going through eBay systems could cause issues with the registration in site changes.

From my knowledge Ebay no longer allow members to change registration details on their account ...eg swap to the Uk from Thailand.

I THINK you will have to open a new account on Ebay.co.uk and jump through several hoops.

Maybe someone else can confirm the above as Ebay continually change the goal posts on many things.
