For a few years now I have had a restriction on my account where I try and message a seller prior to having made a purchase with them and it says that I am restricted. Is it possible to have this removed? I was on live chat with EBay and they kept wasting my time by transferring me to the same department after saying they’re going to transfer me to a specialist department who handles those kinds of queries. It’s caused great difficulty when I tried messaging a seller about an item and I’m not able to.
