Yet ANOTHER flaw/ glitch / bug on the app. Upon editing a listing & selecting " returns policy" the page is blank. Tried uninstall reinstall clearing cache/ cookies etc etc. What's the point of an app that doesn't fully function like it did before. Ebay keep telling me these updates make the app better. Ha. . It's worse. It's so time consuming, irritating & an inconvenience to have to go on the website via browser. These are sellers that generare fees and have been loyal for 10/20 years. The last 2 months on Ebay has been HELL for sellers since your changes. You only need to read the community forums to see how unhappy sellers are. The technical team & app designers pay too much attention to BAD suggestions. So every time you update you cause unacceptable issues. I've been with Ebay for almost 20 years & selling is now a miserable & frustrating experience. I now have to go on the rubbish website to edit EVERY draft to include a returns policy. I have 100 drafts! . So time consuming that ive ended up listing WITH EASE on better platforms. Such a miserable experience to do such a sinple task. Im on OS14 . So it isnt my device. See attached. Please provide an update as last time when issues were resolved it was because users had updated & not Ebay .

Very annoying isn’t it. I find once it shows error of not having returns I can go into preferences and edit there. But can’t do it as not there during the listing process. Bloody ridiculous and as you say very annoying.

Returns policy is under “delivery details” in the postage section

We all know where it is . But in app that page doesn't load when editing!!

It's an ongoing technical issue in app. Some users on the forum making very obvious/ tried suggestions. However it's a software issue . So when you edit postage then return options, you will get a totally white blank page then you can go no further with your listing unless you go to the website browser . This happens on Android & IOS . You simply cannot edit your returns in app. Whether they're old drafts or new listings from scratch or a " sell similar ". Really frustrating. They've just lost my 70 drafts as I'm not spending an extra 5 minutes each time I wish to list. Wish they'd just leave the app as it was when it functioned just fine without unnecessary updates. ! If you find any solution please update as will I

ps I use the app and editing preferences /returns policy works ok for me

maybe it’s possible to bulk amend your 100 listings on the website? ETA sorry I just reread its drsfts

Unfortunately it's an ongoing known app issue. Caused by the mid Feb update. There's a couple of other threads / forums with users stating same issue. The app is supposed to be easier. It isn't. Such a shame Ebay are losing sellers because the software just doesn't cut it

i gathered that the new eBay app works if you can download the latest iOS version on your phone/ipad
thing is not everyone can because their devices haven’t got the required memory or are too old
