Buyer unable to pay, apparently unable to deliver to their country

Hi, im really stuck here! 

Sold several items abroad recently with no issues, today had a few items finished and buyer is trying to pay, and its not letting them and saying "Unfortunately, this seller does not send to your location. Please update your delivery address or contact seller to recieve a shipping option" - Was showing both ends that i post worldwide til the auction ended now this.

I've just been using the global shipping programme til now - How can I fix this, or is there another way i can post to the buyer in Germany and still follow ebays rules?

There is a known issue with GSP to Germany that looks to have started over the weekend. Our Tech Team are currently looking into the cause.

I've added your account to the bug report so hopefully it shouldn't take too long to roll out a solution.

well there must be a known issue sending to the Channel Islands, Jersey too.

I have won 2 or 3 auctions and wanted to bid for a lot more, but I keep getting the message, Unfortunately the seller does not post to your location, I have contacted the sellers and they said there is no problem posting to my location. I have some iitems that need paying, but eBay does not allow it. These settings that eBay have screwed around with has broken what used to be a trouble free shopping experience. I looked into selling to Guernsey a month ago (so, it may have changed). Postage to the Channel Islands is not covered under the UK rate, so the seller needs to define a Europe or Worldwide rate; and ensure the Channel Islands are not on their excluded destinations list.

There were also a separate issue, affecting non-UK postage, not just affecting the Channel Islands, where the buyer could check out on ebay.com but not on ebay.co.uk.

Royal Mail, ParcelForce and EVRI do post to the Channel Islands, in fact, it is cheaper to send to Jersey using Royal Mail (large parcels <20kg) as they do not charge VAT.

I have to enter a UK postcode in order to pay for items, and then pay for the Royal Mail shipping to Jersey, and send the labels to the sellers, or have Royal Mail pick up the items from the sellers. This is annooying and needs to be resolved.

Another thing which is stupid, I can select Royal Mail in the checkout when I have entered a UK postcode, (obviously I do not select this as the package would end up at that postcode), but if I select collection in person I get the message that the seller does not post to my location!!!

eBay please fix these issues, you must have lost a huge amount of sales to the Channel Islands.
