I wouldn't use the term discrimination - as removing your listings vs others isn't anything to do wit the Equality Act 2010 (unless, for example you are disabled and all the other sellers aren't - and you could prove ebay removed the product because of something related to your disabilty)
That being said, I don't believe ebay understand the equality act. I reported a seller the other day (business on a private account who stated in their about us they wouldn't sell to anyone with foreign sounding names - no violation found apparently).
What was the product? That may give more indication as to why it was removed.
