Auto relisting

A lot of my listings are coming back as needing relisting. I have just spoken to an agent who has informed me that the auto relisting option is NOT available if you are listing via the eBay app on an iPhone!!  I manage my whole EBay from my iPhone so this is rediculous and I told him to get their IT guys to fix it. Every relist comes off my monthly free listings. It’s also hit and miss as some items do auto relist!! Nightmare

That sounds very challenging! Speaking to an agent to find out the problem is good, but reporting to the tech team is better:

Seller Hub > ? icon > Let us Know > Report a Technical Problem

Since Simple Delivery became mandatory for Private sellers,  there have been several changes / differences to how you could list relist as before.

One is that auto relists x 8 is now only available on listings created by new and occasional sellers.  The option will not show for other sellers.

Relisting your auctions if they do not sell , will then count towards your monthly 300 allowance for Private sellers.

I have the same problem.  Like you  the relist   comes off the 300 free Lots a months so a nightmare to make sure you don’t go over 300 Lots as I think then 35p an item.   No good if items selling for a couple of pounds which l am.   They also keep changing  on my relist that I will do collection in person or post.    I did not offer collection in person on original listing but it reverts to this?    Have to relist on a daily basis is becoming a nightmare to keep up.

 if this is the case it will not matter what device you’re listing on.   
Not too sure EBay know what they are doing.   Keep making changes and  IT  guys not keeping up.  
I am really happy Buyers charges have come down in price as I now have sales but now listing is an issue.   One thing after another.
