App not working

App not working, says update and won't.  Just stuck in a loop of trying to update and it saying it has the latest version. Whatever you did put it back the way it was

Thank you for the decency of a reply Kat, from someone connected to eBay.

At least there is a 'ticket' generated that has been passed to the technical team.

Everyone else seems to have ignored the issue, and sellers cannot get any response from Customer Service.

I am no longer allowed to ask questions or complain to eBay.

This is how they treat business sellers!

My sales since this event have decreased by 70%+ each week.

That also means eBay's income will decrease by the same, the customers & sellers are leaving, and it then becomes inevitable that a reduction in staffing levels will be reduced at eBay Towers UK. 

It is unfair to treat Business sellers this way, along with customers and other sellers.

Sadly, I wont be hanging around as it is no longer financially viable to sell on a platform that doesn't work.

But thank you for your honesty and response. 

Such a pity that we couldn't have an executive make an official statement.

PS. what happens about the £10 voucher within the offer? It stated 'download the new app and receive a £10 voucher'. I'm still waiting for that, but ................ the postman has not been today .....................

I have an old phone working 100% with all apps except Ebay.

What planet are you on?

You are just about finished. I'm not buying a new phone to use Ebay.

I feel sorry for sellers as I can no longer leave feedback for them.

So I'm on Android 11...  EBay app insists on updating, sends me to Google Play Store, which then tells me that it's not compatible, as it needs Android 10 or later.  I always thought that 11 was later than 10, but not according to EBay 😞 

So, I used APKPure to download and install, and it worked.  For a day.  Now, when I load the app, I get a message saying that the version I have is not recognised, and to download the latest version from Google Play Store.  Which does not work.

Regrettably, after using EBay for the past 16 years, now it would appear that I am "not allowed" to use it.  Maybe it's something to do with Trump's Tariffs, but I, for one, am OUT.  Uninstalled the app, and will not be reinstalling it unless EBay do something about this mess pdq.  Other sites are available, without all this hassle.

App isn’t opening on my iPhone 13 either. Blank screen. I’m not buying a new phone until this one conks out altogether.

It was alot better before they put that rubbish of how to wrap your parcel, how to but it in a padded envelope etc on the app. 
I have  up to date software on iPhone 13.

i have 18.5 iOS version and 904.1 GB left of storage.
