Anyone else have an error when visiting the shop category's page?

Hi, 
I have clicked on my ebay shop and trying to add/edit my shop category's but getting the following error, is this the same for anyone else? I have opened a ticket with eBay but it's been over a week now and the page is still not accessible.

I'm having the same problem, it's been this way for at least a week now.

Hopefully they will fix it soon, but it doesn't look too hopeful at the moment 😞
