eBay are asking for all this information from you for a good security reason.
You have not used your account for a long time, sudden activity on the account , raises red flags to eBay as it could be a sign of the account being hijacked.
Requesting that information from you is to ensure that the genuine owner has returned to the account, so you must appreciate this reason, and it does work!
I will be the first to tell you that being on this forum for many years , the number of ' my account has been hacked who do I report this too' questions, has fallen to almost nil.
Asking for this documentation is working !
