Account issues escalation

25th May 20025 I reported an issue with ebay.  Finally spoke to someone who confirmed it was an account glitch and would investigate. Of course, it is impossible to contact that person and every request for an update is met with frustration as they never consider the actual issue. I'm being bombarded with emails to verify my ID and appeal a stop on my account and evidence customer satisfaction etc - very frustrating and just plane wird.  How do I escalate as I am fed up with going around in circles with this faceless company? There only seems ot be a route to escalate selling/buying issues and not account issues.

Were you able to provide the details required in the email asking for verification? It can take time for those details to be reviewed and a restriction removed from the account.
