Accessing Payments on the eBay app - stuck in a loop signing in on Android

Hey guys

Is anyone else having a problem where they try to access their payments page on the eBay app and it asks you to sign in and then verify with 2 factor, I do this and then it just goes back to asking me to sign in and authenticate again and then just continues to do this in a loop. I can access it fine on the website but the app has been like this for a good week+ now.

Anyone else having this issue? I am Android.

Happy to hear it's not just me! Frustrating, isn't it? I told an eBay rep today and they have reported it to the tech team, hopefully fixed soon....

Definitely,  I did the shake to report a problem a couple of times when I first had trouble but never heard anything back.  Unfortunately I haven't had a sale for a couple of weeks so I haven't been able to check if the problem is still there

Something that might be worth a look at.  I was getting all sorts of errors this morning,  couldn't view my selling page, couldn't see previously viewed items or previously searched for items so I uninstalled the app and reloaded it and everything seems to be working again
