The AI description on a listing?
I just made a test listing and it's working fine.
You might have a device or browser issue. Are you using the app or mobile browser they're more prone to temp glitches.
Switch if you can to a laptop / PC use Chrome and try from there. Clearing cache and cookies may help too.
