You had different tracking so your item will not be showing delivered unless you change that tracking which you can do manually this way:
- Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
- Click on "View order details"
- Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
- Click on the "Add tracking" option
- A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking. e Use a laptop / PC and try Chrome, don't use the app or mobile browser to do this.
It should update and show delivery , 2 days after that delivery date your payout should be released.
If not, contact Customer Services with the new tracking info showing delivery, and could they please release the payment for this item.
